Chest / Bust

Around the fullest part, tape under the arms and level across the back.

Waist

Around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Hip

Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together.

Length

From the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the garment to end.
