Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We're an online store based in Victoria, BC and ship to every province and territory - BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, the Prairies, Atlantic Canada and the North - with tracking. Most orders arrive in 2-7 business days after confirmation.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, every price on the site is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST/PST is added to your confirmed total.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Just enter your name, phone number and Canadian shipping address when you send a purchase request.
How do I pay?
There's no online payment on the website. Once we confirm your item is available, we text or WhatsApp you the total in CAD and Interac e-Transfer details. We ship as soon as payment is received.
Do you have a physical store in Victoria?
No - Hush Roots Studio is online only. We're based in Victoria, BC and all orders are shipped.
How quickly will you contact me?
Usually within a few hours, 10am - 8pm Pacific Time, by text or WhatsApp, with your reference number.
Can I see the actual piece before buying?
Yes. Tap 'Ask a question' on any product and request a live photo or video - we're happy to send one.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags.
How do I find my size?
Each product shows the stock left in every size and a size chart in inches. Our size guide explains how to measure, or send us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.
